Moody Nolan can transform your exciting vision or existing building program into a reality. Moody Nolan has planned and designed collegiate building projects on more than 110 college campuses throughout the country. Collegiate work is our largest area of specialization, annually comprising more than 80 percent of our design work. On a national basis, this allows us to be one of the top nationally recognized designers for collegiate facilities.
Our design approach is a well-honed process of workshops and consensus building that allows project designs to evolve naturally and without roadblocks. The multi-day workshop approach concentrates involvement of stakeholders to make efficient use of their time, experience and input while creating a positive buy-in to the major concepts of the project by testing multiple configurations of the program of spaces.
This interactive technique provides for maximum participation of the multiple stakeholders, students, faculty and staff. We have used this timely and efficient approach with many of our collegiate clients who, through their inclusion, appreciate the broader perspective of the project’s challenges and opportunities. All decisions are documented and reviewed periodically with the group throughout the process. By having an in-depth understanding of all the issues that define the final resolution, all involved become parties to the decisions and thus advocates for the results.
Our firm designs more than $750 million of building construction each year. As the largest African American owned and managed firm in the country, we maintain a strong commitment to diversity in our staff, as well as our approach to solving client problems. Our expertise in a broad range of industries allows us to think inventively and design solutions that are responsive to client needs.
As creative problem solvers, we meet you where you are, giving every client access to the right people and thinking, at just the right time.
