UTREC has four facilities — three are located on the main campus of the University of Toledo and one is located at on the Health Science Campus of the University of Toledo.

FUN FACTS
- The first university recreation center in the nation to have a waterslide.
- Hosts Student Leadership Academy (SLA) a two-day course with presentations from UT staff, faculty, Board of Trustees and community professionals to help build stronger student leaders in the recreational services department and the University of Toledo.
- The Office of Recreational Services partners with Metroparks Toledo, Lucas County Special Olympics and Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities to bring unified sport opportunities including the Toledo Unity Bowl and March Madness.
- The Student Recreation Center and Morse Fitness Center see nearly 400,000 visits annually.
- A nine-member professional staff in the department.
