In this Campus Rec Magazine Digital Roundtable, three experts discuss well-being and how to offer a well-rounded well-being program.

On the panel:

  • Alison Cross, the director of Recreational Sports at Virginia Tech
  • Michael Edwards, the senior director of Campus Recreation at Georgia Tech
  • Mila Padgett, the director of Campus Recreation and Wellness at the University of South Carolina, Aiken

How it works: There are 20 minutes in which the panelists give a brief overview of what well-being looks like in campus recreation on their campus. After the introduction, the experts spend 40-minutes answering questions from the audience.
