Ecore, a company that transforms reclaimed waste into surfaces that make people’s lives better, recently received an American Sports Builder’s Association (ASBA) Supplier Certificate of Distinction. This program is designed to recognize Supplier Division Member Companies that contribute to and share in the betterment of ASBA, while meeting and/or exceeding participation goals and requirements.

“Receiving the ASBA Supplier Certificate of Distinction demonstrates Ecore’s, and more specifically Ecore Athletic’s, commitment and dedication to the tennis, track and field industry,” said Arthur Dodge III, president and CEO of Ecore International.

Ecore Athletic is a business unit of Ecore. Ecore Athletic features eight families of products that offer surfaces for virtually every sports and fitness flooring application.

Suppliers of Distinction demonstrate a superior understanding of the standards of design, construction and maintenance in tennis courts, running tracks, natural and synthetic turf fields, indoor facilities and indoor and outdoor synthetic turf surfaces.

Ecore transforms reclaimed waste into unique performance surfacing. The result is exceptional performance surfacing that improves people’s lives every day. How? By offering flooring solutions that are attractive, catered, specific and responsible. Ecore products provide force reduction, energy restitution, acoustical qualities, sustainability and durability.

Ecore was born “green” and has been making smart choices for more than a century. What began as the Lancaster Cork Company in 1876 is today known as Ecore International. Ecore continues to lead the commercial rubber flooring category by blazing trails and setting new standards in recycled rubber technology. Ecore’s four business units include: Ecore Athletic, Ecore Commercial Flooring, Ecore Industrial and Ecore Construction.
