Read moreDetailsBlair E. Schuyler, RCRSP serves as the associate director of Facility Management at the University of Kansas Recreation Services. Blair was introduced to campus recreation at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as an undergrad working in Informal Recreation and was a graduate assistant in Facilities and Operations at Clemson University. He began his professional career working in Intercollegiate Athletics for RMC Events, Inc out of Richmond, VA in 2008 at the height of the financial crisis. In 2011, he received his first opportunity in Campus Recreation at the University of Texas at Arlington serving as the member services coordinator. Blair has served on multiple state, regional and national NIRSA committees with a passion for leadership development, facility operations, events and logistics. Blair earned his Executive Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas; a Professional Certificate in Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida; a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida; and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Leadership from the University of Kansas-Edwards Campus; a Master of Science in Parks, Recreation, Tourism Management from Clemson University; and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
