Most individuals reported less exercise over the last year, with at least 10% admitting they have fully transitioned to a sedentary lifestyle. This indicates that a range of exercise offerings may be needed to accommodate a broader range of fitness levels. Additionally, some who contracted coronavirus have lingering decrements in exercise capacity that warrant a modified approach to increasing their physical activity.

Karlie Intlekofer, the Global Wellness Researcher at Matrix Fitness, explores in this webinar the current exercise recommendations for those with prolonged coronavirus recoveries and to explore ideas for providing affirming experiences that cater to those who are ready to re-engage in an active lifestyle.
