For nearly two decades, Tennessee Tech University has partnered with SportsArt to bring green equipment into its rec facilities.

So, when they were looking to build a new recreation center, Les Fralix, the associate director of Campus Recreation, said they turned to their long time partner.

“We have partnered with SportsArt for many years,” said Fralix. “During the planning stages of our new recreation center, we knew our students and members deserved the best. SportsArt offers superior products that are easy to operate and maintain. We were proud to outfit our new cardio floor with SportsArt equipment because we know it will last for years.”

So, to help other professionals in their research of quality equipment, Fralix shared more on the beneficial partnership below:

What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

Les Fralix: Our students and members gain access to reliable, safe and high-performing cardio machines. We don’t have to waste time repairing equipment or worry about usage interruption which our members greatly appreciate.

Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with SportsArt in any way?

LF: In our experience, their entire team exceeds expectations. Sales and service staff are always available to answer questions and provide support. Even during the pandemic, they worked diligently to meet our opening deadlines.

What else can you tell other campus rec center professionals about the benefits of working with SportsArt at Tennessee Tech?

LF: A partnership with SportsArt offers excellent equipment and quality customer service. Our members love the variety, and we love the warranty and service.
