CR: How were you introduced to Texon and why did you decide to partner with them?
BF: I met Wayne when we were looking at opening up the recreation center back in 1998. We were at a trade show and Wayne was there at the booth. He always answered our calls when we had questions and worked with us very well. He took the time to work with us.
CR: What are the benefits to your recreation center as a result of the partnership?
BF: One thing that Texon does is they always provide quality products. They provide the best towels for the price. We deal with the big bath sheets and the patrons really enjoy it and the prices are low enough where we can get the bath sheets.
CR: What are some other ways you have been pleasantly surprised by working with Texon?
BF: Every time you see them out at a trade show, it is not like you a number to them. They really go out of their way to get to know everyone. Every time they see us, they make us feel like their No.1 customer. They really make the effort to spend the extra time with you. They always work with you and they are not just out for the buck. They give you more of a family feel.
