If you are a facility manager, what are your day to day challenges? The answer will most likely be a combination of maintenance and sustaining new amenities. Campus sustainability is on an uptick in the U.S. and abroad. Facility managers have the present challenge of maintaining older infrastructure while also reducing costs. This webinar will focus on key strategies that facility managers can utilize to begin a sustainability master plan that accomplishes several goals of higher education. Adam Zellner, the president of Greener by Design LLC, will also give an overview of the latest trends and best practices for green building and energy management, including Smart Building Retrofits, innovative energy efficiency measures, renewable energy solutions and the Internet of Things (IoT). Athletics and facilities for students are the springboard for innovation and sustainability. The speaker will conclude on how these best practices in sustainability will ultimately become the standard for all of higher education.
