I start each and every morning that same way. I find a new, interesting podcast that catches my eye, and listen to it in order to start my day off with a little encouragement.

Podcasts are a great way to develop and enhance your professional skills. If you need inspiration, are looking for time to kill while sitting in traffic, or are trying to discover innovative ideas for leading your team, podcasts could be the perfect solution.

Here is a list of four amazing business-focused podcasts that could provide you with the motivation you are looking for or help solve an issue you are facing within your department.

  1. School of Greatness

Started by Lewis Howes, this podcast discusses a wide range of insightful subjects such as how to improve build relationships, how to build a massive social media following, 5 steps to your greatest year ever, how to dream big and much more.

  1. Entrepreneur on Fire

Run by John Lee Dumas, this daily podcast features various entrepreneurs such as Tony Robbins, Seth Godin, Barbara Corcoran and many others. In each episode, these knowledgeable entrepreneurs discuss various topics such as customer service, creating an online presence, turning set-backs in to success, increasing personal productivity and more.

  1. Forbes Under 30

Find inspiration in our younger leaders. Forbes Under 30 is about young innovators and entrepreneurs who are making waves in the world today.
