We have been through some of the most challenging times as an industry these last couple of years. You’ve been on the frontlines facing more twists and turns than one could imagine. We want you to know you are not alone. We are here for you.

Campus Rec Magazine started in 2015 with a simple mission:

To provide best practice business resources that educate and empower campus rec professionals to succeed.

It stemmed from the “Just cause” of our parent company, Peake Media:

To increase healthy lifestyles by educating and empowering health and wellness professionals.

For this reason, we believe that by helping the movers and shakers in health and wellness industries — which would be you, campus rec professionals — we can make an impact increasing healthy lifestyles around the globe.

You are on the frontlines of health and wellness, and have the ability to influence and impact students at a young age. By exposing students to health and wellness, you can start them on the journey of living a healthy lifestyle. My belief is if we help to empower and educate enough leaders like yourself, you can and will change the world.

For this reason, everything we offer, from our printed publication and digital resources to the Campus Rec Leadership Summit and our latest launch — Campus Rec Mastermind Groups — is for you. Because we as a brand and a publication want to help the campus rec industry succeed. Truly, that is the heart behind everything we do.

With all that we have been through the past couple of years, I figured there was no better time than now to take the opportunity of a new year to share our mission. In such challenging times, I want you to know Campus Rec Magazine is committed to you. We are committed to the industry as a whole.

Whatever 2022 holds in store, we are here for you. Now, let’s continue to change the world together. Onward and upward.
