Escape Fitness recently launched its newest tool for plyometric training, PLYO FIVE, which is an extension of its popular plyo family of products.

PLYO FIVE includes five boxes in one efficient footprint to provide multiple programming options for large groups, small groups and one-on-one training. With five step heights, indicated by individual size markings, each box offers a stable workout surface to enable users at any ability level to push to their limits safely.

In campus rec center fitness facilities that attract student athletes, as well as those who simply want to get fit, product versatility and maximizing space are essential. That’s why the PLYO FIVE allows for a myriad of workout possibilities for a variety of users in a compact space.

Additionally, while campus rec centers today need real functionality, they also want to look and feel dynamic. Therefore, another key design element of PLYO FIVE is its attention-grabbing colors that are visually interesting to create energy and excitement. Further, PLYO FIVE is made of shape-holding, hardwearing materials – a must for hard driving college students.

“Over the last two years, the product innovations team at Escape has introduced PLYOSOFT BOX, PLYO360, INCLINED PLYOSOFT BOX and now the newest in the plyo family, the PLYO FIVE. This is the tool for campus rec centers looking for a highly programmable plyo option,” said Matthew Januszek, a co-founder of Escape Fitness. “It’s as perfect to introduce plyometric training as it is for stair workouts and numerous other programming options.”
