fitDEGREEThe new semester approaches as does the familiar task of creating the group fitness class schedule. Repeating the schedule from last semester is a sure fire way of getting the same results.

After extensively looking into why certain classes do better than others, we have found that there are three main factors that come into play: the class, the instructor and the time slot.

A common first look approach would be to check overall attendance, but this doesn’t tell you much; a class such as Cycle could be getting filled every week because it’s a popular class but if no one returns, you have low retention.

Knowing your retention rates allows you to optimize scheduling your best instructors at ideal times to maximize retention and ultimately increase attendance. These statistics are impossibly difficult to track with paper and pen but thankfully, we are in the age of computers that do the heavy lifting for us!

fitDEGREE offers unique user registration, allowing an in-depth look at these three factors with real time, customized reports for your rec center.

About fitDEGREE

Give your students instant access to everything you have to offer at the touch of their fingertips, all while streamlining administrative duties.
