Campus recreation center users today want the most efficient, effective workouts that maximize their limited time. That’s one powerful driver of HIIT, which continues to gain converts at fitness facilities worldwide.

The Octane Fitness Max Trainer® is a new, powerful tool for HIIT, and is now available to attract, engage and retain rec center members. This simple-to-use, total-body machine accommodates all fitness levels, requires no adjustments and is ideal for functional training, small group sessions, circuit workouts and individual routines.

Exercisers simply get on the intuitive Max Trainer and go, without having to waste time making adjustments or figuring out a busy console. With 10 levels of progressive resistance via a high-velocity fan and magnetic brake, the Max Trainer offers custom, responsive intensity for both beginners and athletes. Dual hand grips engage the upper body to yield more muscle work.

The signature Max Interval HIIT workout improves stamina, burns calories and fat, and boosts metabolism. Comprised of eight cycles of 25 seconds of high-intensity effort, followed by 80 seconds of lower-intensity recovery, the Max Interval workout is ultra-efficient, at just 14 minutes for the ultimate ROI.

To facilitate productive small group workouts, the Max Circuit program directs the console to individually calculate time and intensity for each user, automatically resetting to zero between exercisers. That means no ramp-up time or lulls in the action, so participants can maintain high heart rates and output.

Additional programs include Manual, Interval and Octane’s exclusive CROSS CiRCUIT® regimen that combines cardio intervals with strength training exercises for yet another way to vary all-inclusive sweat sessions.

The addictive calorie meter is a powerful motivator to maintain or increase efforts in order to bury the needle and achieve even greater results. The console also provides feedback on time, floors climbed, pace and total calories.

A novel way to inspire exercisers to achieve greater fitness, this cordless, compact machine fits anywhere, taking up less space than treadmills, ellipticals and steppers. Built with Octane’s rock-solid durability, it delivers exceptional performance and withstands ongoing beatings in busy facilities.
