PlayCore Acquires Alta Enterprises

Alta Enterprises Inc. founded in 1989, is a leading supplier of custom swimming pool covers and automatic reel systems with push button functionality. Alta’s products are in more than 400 universities and K-12 schools across North America. A hallmark of Alta swimming pool covers is energy efficiency and the average customer routinely experience a 35-40 percent reduction in their natatorium heating bill.

We are very excited to add Alta Enterprises to our portfolio of products. Their custom pool cover systems are well-known and respected for quality and energy efficiency,” said Roger Posacki, President and CEO of PlayCore. “Their products will allow us to further expand our offering in the commercial aquatic market, making this acquisition a great addition to our team.”
