Power Systems a One-Stop-Shop for University of Georgia

November 7, 2017 Power Systems Photoshoot at Bullmans in Knoxville, TN.

Big box stores are great for one reason: You can get everything in one place.

It can be nice to go in and buy a bunch of bananas, wiper fluid, a baby fern and your nephew’s birthday present all in one place. However, the quality doesn’t always live up to what you’d find in smaller boutique shops. And let’s not even start to talk about how horrible the customer service can be.

But, the University of Georgia has not only found a one-stop-shop in Power Systems, but also exceptional customer service, a variety of products and guaranteed quality equipment. Lisa Williamson, the assistant director for fitness and wellness at the University of Georgia, shared what it’s been like to partner with the company over the years and how Power Systems has helped them be able to serve their rec center users well:

CR: How did you discover Power Systems?

LW: I’ve used Power Systems previously to purchase fitness equipment. I was originally referred to Power Systems by a former supervisor in 2012.

CR: Why did you partner with them?

LW: I wanted to reach out to Power Systems because of the variety and quality of products.

CR: What do you like about partnering with them?

LW: The variety of equipment available through Power Systems makes it a great one-stop-shop for fitness equipment. We recently purchased some carpet gliding discs, strength bands and versa loops for our group fitness classes. These are all staples in our fitness programs and are used frequently, so it was great to be able to purchase all these items together.

CR: How does this partnership benefit your rec center?

LW: A wide variety of equipment to our patrons in our fitness classes allows us to program for and accommodate all fitness and ability levels. With the Power Systems equipment, we are able to provide an exceptional level of customer service by offering something for everyone.

CR: Was there anything that pleasantly surprised you about working with Power Systems?

LW: I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service throughout the purchasing process and quick shipping time. I received my items within just a few days of placing my order. The process was seamless and stress-free.
