The Precor Coaching Center features three main sections:

  • Fitness Professionals: Precor coaching content inspires personal trainers to use Precor equipment in new ways to help clients stay engaged with their goals while having fun along the way. Each training video and instructional tip is grounded in exercise science and inspired by popular trends and/or proven training methods.
  • Operators: A variety of educational resources ensure staff and the exercisers they coach get the most out of equipment investments. Training content, available in video, e-learning, webinar and PDF format, gets and keeps staff members up to speed on Precor functionality, promoting exerciser satisfaction and increasing frequency of visits.
