RecCenter Software Suite

Ben White - DSE RecCenterManage your entire department or just certain aspects with the integrated RecCenter software suite. The RecCenter is a web-based software that optimizes departmental efficiency and participant engagement. Available modules include: Membership & Pass Management, Facility Access, Facility Scheduling, Equipment Check-Out, Employee Management, Club Sports, Intramural Sports, Personal Training, Class Registration, Event Registration, Point of Sale, Lockers and Reports.

All RecCenter modules are designed as both stand-alone products and for integration with other modules. Integration between modules eliminates redundancy by sharing information across modules. Facility spaces can be automatically reserved upon the creation of classes in the Class Registration module. Intramural sports officials can be scheduled automatically through the creation of an intramural league. These are just a few examples of how a single, fully integrated software can save time.

The RecCenter’s user dashboard allows participants to access all of their rec information in one location, while maintaining a unified look and your school’s branding. Game schedules, access history, registered events, and much more are all viewable on one screen. And the ability for participants to reserve spaces and register for activities online makes the user experience much more simple and convenient.

The RecCenter integrates with your university’s database, typically through a nightly feed, assuring that the information you access is always up to date. Administrative tools allow professional staff to determine levels of access for different users – professional staff, student staff, and general campus population. And the mobile responsiveness and data encryption assure that the information is always available and secure, and system can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Visit DSErec.com for more information regarding the RecCenter, to schedule an online product demo, or to contact a representative.
