Screen Shot 2015-10-05 at 9.17.08 AMMOKO Social Media, announced today that its collegiate intramural sports app, REC*IT, has been listed as a Silver Winner in the Lifestyle category of the 2015 USA App Design Awards. This is another win in a string of successes for REC*IT, which recently relaunched with an all-new look and added features for students to easily manage and participate in campus intramural sports and recreational activities.

The USA App Design Award program highlights the value of an app’s design as well as the overall quality of the app, from both an aesthetic and marketplace perspective. The award win reflects MOKO’s commitment to creating engaging apps with a sleek, intuitive interface.

“It is an honor to be named a winner among such fierce competition,” said Ian Rodwell, CEO of MOKO. “Our design team has worked around the clock to make sure that REC*IT not only meets the needs of students, but engages them on every level. Their hard work has certainly paid off.”

REC*IT allows students to easily sign up for leagues, schedule practices, track personal and competitive stats, and directly communicate with teammates all in a singular platform. MOKO has now extended REC*IT’s reach to more than 1,000 colleges, which encompasses roughly half of the total US college student population.

REC*IT is available for free download on iOS and Android devices.
