The Spectrum allows users to complete exercises with three different motions from three completely separate machines: a stepper, elliptical and a runner. This sturdy machine will maximize any fitness facility by freeing up much needed space in your fitness area. The stride ranges from 13”-30” with 1-inch incremental adjustments so that each workout can be specifically designed to each user. The Quick Access Keys give users the convenience of adjusting their stride quickly by simply clicking one of the pre-set stride length buttons set at: 13”, 17”, 21” 25”, and 30”.
