This behind-the-scenes tour of BeaverFit USA’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada, led by VP of commercial sales Nick Vay, showcases how the company designs and manufactures custom fitness equipment from start to finish. The process begins with understanding each customer’s goals, branding and space needs, followed by collaboration with engineers to create buildable designs. Inside the 30,000-square-foot facility, raw steel is laser cut, bent and fabricated — with galvanized steel used for outdoor durability — then powder coated in-house with up custom colors available. Products are assembled, personalized with logos and finishes, and rigorously tested in an outdoor training yard to ensure quality and performance before delivery.
