I can’t believe a year has come and gone and the NIRSA Annual Conference and Campus Rec & Wellness Expo is here. It’s seems like yesterday we were all gathered in Orlando. This is one of the most exciting times of the year in the industry, when we all gather together to meet, network, collaborate and share ideas. It is through conferences and networking opportunities like these where innovation is born. The buzz and excitement around the conference is tangible.

I remember leaving NIRSA last years with so many new contacts, stories ideas and insight into the industry that I did not have before I came. And as a new publication that is essential to our growth and development. In order to serve the best interests of our readers and to continue provide beneficial content, to is crucial to be able to connect with the readers face to face.

If you are at the NIRSA Annual Conference this week, please stop by Booth #423 and say hi to Campus Rec Magazine! We would love to meet you, hear your feedback, challenges you are facing and stories you would like us to cover. Maybe you have a great story about your own recreation center, facility renovations you are undergoing and unique programming you recently launched. After all, our mission is to provide best practice resources to help you run your recreation department, so any insight you can provide us on how we can achieve our mission is beneficial.

We look forward to meeting you!
