Celebrating our 30th year in the fitness industry we recently we launched an all new updated website, FullCirclePadding.com to help customers in a number of ways. Many key features have been improved to help you save time and money when shopping for your replacement pads, replacement cables, parts and accessories. Features including searching for equipment, shipping calculation and ordering process have been enhanced to make ordering easier and faster.
You will find support for equipment that was made over 30 years ago to state of the art equipment being produced today. In addition there are thousands of photos to help identify the correct item and we have upgraded the search function to include a pad & part quick search. This search allows you to choose your machine easily using a few key pieces of information. Once you have found your equipment you can choose any options available, such as pad color and quickly add it to your shopping cart. Once your cart is full you are now able to calculate shipping before starting the checkout process allowing you to adjust your order accordingly if you are on a budget.
Finalizing your order is simple; place your order as a guest shopper or we recommend setting up an online account. All you need is your basic info to set up an account and does not require that you enter your credit card information. That information is only required when you place an order. By setting up an account you will be able to view your past orders, order status and up to date tracking information once the order has shipped.
Not every order is as simple as clicking a couple of buttons, some things need to be customized. We have included a number of pdf files such as “how to measure” custom pads, cables, protective padding and a pad order form to help you order those as well.
