IntelliChem

Pentair Commercial Aquatics is pleased to introduce the ultimate pool chemical management system. The new IntelliChem® controller continuously monitors pH and chemical levels and automatically delivers just the required amount of chemicals to keep pools clearer, safer and always ready to enjoy. For ultimate control and convenience, the IntelliChem® includes the ScreenLogic2® PC Interface to keep track of pH and ORP levels and make adjustments wherever you are without having to be combined with an automation system. The IntelliChem® is also compatible with IntelliChlor® Salt Chlorine Generators, liquid feed pumps and CO2 systems.

The IntelliChem® Commercial Water Chemistry Controller features an adjustable dual sanitizer support with secondary liquid chlorine source feeder able to kick in, as needed, to get pool up to chlorine set point quickly. In addition, the unit’s programmable chemical feed cycle comes with on and off times for precise water balance. The unit’s flow sensor ensures chemicals won’t feed without system flow, protecting against false readings and equipment damage.

In addition, the IntelliChem® controller offers password-protected access to prevent tampering or accidental program changes. The unit even has a built-in Langelier Saturation Index calculator that allows users to know when water chemistry is in or out of balance.  Designed for ease of use, the unit has an automatic Setup/Configuration wizard that makes start-up quick and easy. This controller minimizes chemical costs by eliminating waste and manual handling, making it the ideal choice for commercial aquatic facilities.

I have this system with the inteli flow pump, easy touch 8 panel and ic40 intelichlore as well as screen logic. My question is what hardware configuration will allow the intelichlore to produce chlorine for 8 hours at 450 rpm and then increase to 1500 rpm to activate the Intelichem flow switch and the booster pump for the Polaris?

I want the Intelichem to dose acid and wake up Chlorine shortages when they occurs. Currently at 450 rpm I get salt ppm on screenlogic only with no flow indicated and at 1500 rpm I get Intelichem orp and ph reading but no tank level on the chlorine.

Am I missing something or will the Intelichem not allow me to dose chlorine liquid if I have an intelichlore?
