Pool PumpDesigned specifically to help aquatic facilities save energy and operating costs, the Acu Drive™ XS variable speed drive will increase your pool’s pump performance resulting in energy savings up to 98 percent.

The Acu Drive™ XS is built to be the heart of the aquatic facility pump room. With minimal payback time, the drive is designed for automatic energy optimization and even offers a built in display that shows the time remaining until the drive pays for itself. The unit offers a built-in DC link reactor to reduce harmonic noise and protect the drive. The drive also offers an initial ramp-up that provides acceleration of pumps to a desired minimum speed, while eliminating water hammering and overheating of the pump. The unit is designed for a wide range of swimming pool operation conditions and comes with a thermal protection for the drive and the motor.

REBATES: Many utility providers around the country are even offering rebates to those that install a Variable Frequency Drive — making the investment in the drive minimal. Whether your facility has Single-Phase or Three-Phase pumps, there’s an Acu Drive™ XS for almost every pump room.

New Cost Calculator Pentair Commercial now offers an on-line Cost Calculator created to determine the cost savings your facility will experience by installing the Acu Drive XS on your facility’s pool pumps. Find out more about the customized cost calculator report here.
