    I’ve been saying this for YEARS. So many people seem to think HIIT is a fad but I disagree. Not only does HIIT have a ton of health benefits but it saves you TIME. Treadmill HIIT workouts are my go-to workout whenever I have a tight window to get a workout in. Can’t wait to give this piece of equipment a try!
