Dean Bowen, the assistant director/fitness center manager at Worcester State University, shares his thoughts on working with SportsArt and their ECO-POWR line:

CR: What do you like about partnering with SportsArt and having their ECO-POWR line?

DB: Worcester State University is, and has been committed to, green initiatives and practices focusing to fulfill WSU’s commitment to the American College and University President’s Climate Commitment. It states we will work to be near carbon neutral by 2050 and integrate sustainability into our curriculum. Partnering with SportsArt and their ECO-POWR line made sense to add to the sustainability effort.

CR: How does this partnership benefit your rec center?

DB: The partnership is easy, and SportsArt and its distributors are always looking to keep their products operational on the floor, and they are always asking for feedback from users and the managers.

CR: Was there anything that pleasantly surprised you about working with SportsArt?

DB: With everyone these days focusing on green energy, SportsArt continues to be the leader of the pack, harnessing up to 70 percent of the users’ energy being converted into usable energy.
