In this Customer Testimonial video, Lorinda Gomez, the head coach of Texas A&M University’s club archery team and associate department head and chair of the Physical Education Activity Program, explores how USA Archery, serving as the governing body of collegiate archery, has supported the team at Texas A&M.

As a collegiate sport, membership with USA Archery provides the essential structure, eligibility standards and a foundation for the program, while also giving athletes a clear pathway to continue competing beyond college. Through this partnership, Texas A&M archers are able to develop at an elite level, with several athletes advancing to become Olympians, World Championship team members and World Cup competitors. USA Archery’s events and national tournaments serve as critical stepping stones from the collegiate environment to national and international competition.

Watch the full video now to learn more about how USA Archery supports collegiate archers.
