Managing editor Heather Hartmann shares on the “Editor Recap: NIRSA 2024” her top experiences and things learned at the conference. They include:

  2. David Davenport and the student leadership team helping bridge the gap in generational differences by acknowledging it takes both sides.
  3. Hearing about several severe challenges in this industry and realizing two things to help.
  4. Witnessing the excitement about the 2024 Summit — it was tangible.
  5. Having the chance to thank directors in person for trusting Campus Rec Magazine to send first-time attendees to Base Camp.
  6. Networking with and seeing the passion for this industry from vendors.
