Matrix Fitness has returned as the premier sponsor of the 2022 Campus Rec Leadership Summit, making it possible once again to provide one-of-a-kind professional development for the industry.

“Matrix looks forward to our fourth year as the premier partner of the Campus Rec Leadership Summit in June,” said Marc Loomer, the national sales manager for Matrix Fitness. “The Summit continues to be one of our most valuable events for networking with rec professionals.”

The Campus Rec Leadership Summit will take place June 14-16, 2022 at the five-star Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage. Roundtables will be moderated by Laurie Braden of Louisiana State University.

Marc Loomer of Matrix.
Roundtable topics for professional development include:
  • The EDI Conversation Continued — this will be a special panel of industry experts presenting on the topic
  • Financial Solutions 101
  • Leadership Staff Strategies
  • Enhance Your Programming
  • The Future of Campus Recreation

During the two-and-a-half-day event, campus rec professionals from across the nation will learn from one another in peer-to-peer roundtables and networking opportunities. Relationships are built both during the topic discussions as well as the activities. This year, attendees will get to enjoy a pool party, a movie-making icebreaker and the Campus Rec Olympics in between in-depth discussions on the topics that matter the most.

“Campus Rec Magazine finds the sweet spot by combining a picturesque venue with stimulating conversations amongst great people,” said Loomer. “We appreciate the partnership and inclusion granted to vendors in every facet of the program. 2022 in Rancho Mirage is gearing up to be the best yet. I can’t wait to see everyone.”

As the world’s fastest growing commercial fitness brand, Matrix Fitness offers a comprehensive portfolio of commercial fitness equipment, comprised of more than 500 intuitive cardio, strength and group training solutions.
